Sue was my very good friend from our days at Slough Technical School from 1956 to 1959.  We (my husband, Tony, and I) remained friends with Sue and Alan ever since those days.  When I emigrated to Canada with Tony who was Canadian in 1964 we corresponded and met up the few times Tony and I plus family visited England and once when Sue and Alan visited us in Mississauga.  We always enjoyed our times together and their goat and hampshire down sheep farm was always a fun place to be.  The last time we were together was in the late summer of 2008.  Tony passed the following year and Alan a few years later.  Since then, Sue and I have spoken on the phone and sent cards and letters.  I will miss my longest and dearest friend.  Love you, Sue.  Dorothy (or Dot as she called me).
